Maria's Restaurant-Bar has became a quick favorite among visitors and locals alike due to a varied menu that caters to everyone--offering everything from fish tacos to Greek salad.

Born in San Pancho herself, and from one of the town's founding families, but also having worked in restaurants in such tourist hotspots as Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos, owner Maria Ines provides both the local hospitality and also cosmopolitan savvy that keeps every customer always coming back for more. 

Maria's is located on San Pancho's main avenue, Tercer Mundo. The  restaurant offers a front patio sidewalk-cafe atmosphere, as well as seating in a shady garden area in the back.

The breakfast and lunch menu is still the same and showcases various village classics loved by all. And Maria's is now serving dinner from Thursday - Monday, 5:30PM-9:30PM. You'll find delicious dishes of fresh fish, chicken, beef, and much more.. 

Some items to be found on the menu are:

• savory chilaquiles
• light garden omelette with fresh vegetables and melted Mexican panela cheese
• your choice of fresh ingredients on a French baguette
• Chinese fried rice
• fish and shrimp tacos
• hamburger
• Greek salad

There is also free wireless internet, a full espresso bar, and a wide selection of fresh smoothies. To accompany your lunch meal and your relaxing afternoon, Maria's also offers wine, beer, and a full bar for mixed drinks.
