Architect Raúl Velázquez’s is a San Pancho architect whose style consists of the true and pure Hacienda-modelled construction practices, utilizing the same basic designs brought to Mexico from Spain in the 1600’s. Raul has studied and worked with this world-famous building style with architects from Mexico city who have added a modern twist to a tried and true old-world design.

Raul uses salvaged materials including stone façades taken from old colonial houses that are no longer in use. Gigantic wood beams and doors can be acquired to match this same style. These antique building materials and the unique architectural design, combined with modern techniques, will provide an incredible and comfortable house showcasing a masterpiece of art and functionality.
