La Casa Que Canta is a luxury villa with 3 complete homes that include 7 bedrooms, 8 Baths, and 3 fully-equipped kitchens that sleeps up to 14.

The villa is perfect for larger groups looking to vacation together in one central location. It can also be a perfect location for an intimate wedding or event. We have accommodated several three-generational family gatherings of our own, along with a reunion of sorority sisters, a men’s study group, and six couples - a total of ten children, most of them infants, for a two-week vacation.

VERSATILITY sums up the description of our home. The villa is three self-contained houses, each with its own private entrance, complete kitchen, and everything necessary to serve as your home.

The villa includes:

• Over 8,200 square feet and that does not include balconies, decks, and terraces
• Seven bedrooms, fourteen pillows, eight full baths, and an outside shower
• Three complete, artistically designed, state-of-the-art kitchens
• Three heated pools – the family pool, a hot-tub and a dipping pool. The main pool was designed with families in mind. There is a platform where infants can splash in the water. There is a bench that wraps around the pool and is a delight to toddlers who can walk around and jump into their parents' arms.
• Three top-quality gas grills, and seven different eating areas
• Two large screen, high definition TVs; two new DVD players; and Wi-Fi internet
• A fire pit and a path through the jungle that allows you to get to the beach in less than five minutes. The path is beautiful with a lush jungle garden surrounding it. There is an outdoor shower, benches to sit and rest on, and at the bottom there is a sturdy iron gate to keep the three homes safe.

Features:

• ITS LOCATION is at the north end of San Pancho’s mile-long beach, a twenty-five minute walk and a five-minute drive from the center of our little town. The property is located in the jungle overlooking the beach, the ocean, and, off in the distance, the neighboring town of Sayulita (with its twinkling lights in the evening).
• ITS VIEWS are breathtaking
• ITS KITCHENS AND BATHS are state-of-the art…with lots of Mexican art
• ITS BEDROOMS all have air conditioning, king-sized beds with new, high quality mattresses…and lots of artifacts from all over Mexico
• All of the AMENTIES of a luxury home are provided

The property goes steeply downhill. On the top of the hill, at street level is the main floor of La Casa Que Canta, where you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen (laundry and pantry), family room and guest bath. All of these rooms are essentially interconnected in one great open space. They have stunning views of the jungle, beach and ocean.

If you go up the spiral staircase you will come to the Mirador (viewing area) and the master bedroom with its luxurious bathroom and private sunning deck. Several of our guests remarked that it reminded them of a high-end spa.

If you go down the spiral staircase from the main floor you come to the bedroom floor with two quite large bedrooms, both of which have full baths. One is special in that it has dual showers; the other is special in that it has a large deck with its own view of the ocean.

If you go down one more flight of stairs you come to the pool deck. It is from this level that you enter El Nido De La Tortuga (The Nest of the Turtle), which is a completely contained home with about 900 square feet nestled under the “mother house.” The NIDO has its own kitchen, one bedroom with a king-sized bed, one bedroom with bunk beds, a dual shower bathroom, a sitting area and two different places to eat. It does not have a television.

If you go down one more flight of stairs you come to the Casita Celestial (The Heavenly Little House) with its two bedroom suites, one celebrating the sun and the other celebrating the moon, a complete kitchen, a sitting area with its own television and DVD player. And last, but certainly not least, the Casita has a Palapa with its own dipping pool which stays cool year around, except in the winter, when it can be heated.

Each of the three houses can be rented alone, but the best use of the property is for families or other groups who can use this most unusual layout with its many places for groups to gather and equally many places for individuals or couples to be alone.

Therefore, it is possible to rent two bedrooms (Casita Celestial), or three bedrooms (La Casa Que Canta) or five bedrooms (the Casa and the NIDO) or all seven bedrooms (the CASA, the NIDO and the CASITA).
