Casa Melissa is a unique private estate featuring breathtaking 180 degree views of the Pacific coastline in San Pancho Mexico. You can see Punta Sayulita to the south and several small beaches to the north. On a clear day you can see the outline of San Blas in the north.  Because Casa Melissa is located on a point over the ocean North of San Pancho Mexico, the views are uninterrupted and spectacular.

This four+ bedroom with 4 full bathrooms estate features a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house and 1 bedroom/1 bath casita.  A vacation at Casa Melissa has everything you need; a full kitchen, laundry, housekeeping Monday through Saturday and a restaurant trained cook to prepare dinners nightly Monday through Friday are all included in the rent. The staff will also shop for you before you arrive so you can relax and enjoy an ice cold margarita and snacks while getting settled.

Casa Melissa has 4 bedrooms with king sized beds. Three of the bedrooms can be converted into 2 singles as well.

All rooms have ocean views and there are terraces on either side of the house to provide your choice of shade or sun throughout the day.

If you have a larger group. or someone justs wants a little more privacy, the Casita bedroom suite is just steps away from Casa Melissa. The Casita has a bathroom and kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker and blender. It has a large ocean view terrace that overlooks the tennis court. This is only rented as an option for those renting Casa Melissa. It is not rented separately.

Casa Melissa is for those who want to get away from it all, to relax in luxury surrounded by the natural beauty of the Mexican Riviera. During the day watch whales, dolphins and rays pass below as you enjoy a drink on the terrace or relax in the pool. Or be active with a game of tennis on our Australian Grassman court. It plays like clay and is easy on the joints! You can also walk out the driveway and hike up north the palm jungle road or walk south to the entrance to the mile long San Pancho beach.  Of course you can always just enjoy a relaxing massage at the house or attend a yoga class  nearby. Casa Melissa is luxurious tropical Mexico as you dreamed it would be!

The bedrooms are air conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans.

Located just one mile north of the center of San Pancho, you can easily walk to town on the wide sandy beach. Amenities of this villa include a whole house water purification system,  a private lighted tennis court and a heated "Infinity" swimming pool.

Maximum guests: 3 bedrooms, 6 people max; 4 bedrooms, 8 people max; Casa Melissa and the Casita, 10 people max.
