The Mediterranean style house is designed to accentuate the land in relation to its surroundings. The crescent shaped house is comprise of several tiers tilting downward. The interior is marked by high ceilings which welcome light. The color scheme is set in tones of white and blue to compliment that of the ocean and mountains. The house spacious interior (120 square meters, 1291 square feet) is both inviting and cozy. The living room is colorful, decorated in typical Mexican fashion.The terraces (60 square meters, 646 square feet) and Palapa are connected providing spectacular views and relaxation. The kitchen and bathrooms face the mountains while the bedrooms are situated so that one can witness glorious sunrises and sunsets. In addition, the Mediterranean styled roof (80 square meters, 860 square feet) offers spectacular views of the ocean, mountains and sky. Located 100 meters over sea level with 340 degree view of ocean and mountains and San Pancho Valley. Our Dream has three terraces and a roof garden.
