Casa de Suenos Magicos ( House of Magical Dreams ) is a newly constructed two or three bedroom home with majestic views from every room. Just 50 steps from the 1 mile sand beach where you can walk or swim in peace without disturbance.The home has a large 40 feet x 18 feet, heated swimming pool complete with an orchid mural at the bottom and underwater benches for reading or sunny, it also has a volleyball net and ball for fun and games. The pool is salt water filtered, so there is no harmful chemicals to damage your eyes, skin, hair or swimming suit. The poolside palapa wet bar provides shade and a place to sip those cold drinks. There is a barbeque by the palapa as well as an outdoor poolside shower and a full bathroom on the pool level.
The two completely separate master suites each have their own full bathroom, remote controlled air conditioning and personal safes. The first suite has a king bed, the second suite has a king bed or two twins.
The third bedroom is located just below the pool level in the casita. The casita has its own convenience kitchen, full bathroom and a king bed or two twins beds.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and all the amenities you will need to prepare your meals. Water is purified throughout the property and the hot water is always available. There is an indoor dining room and outdoor dining area. The large living room has satellite television, DVD and CD players, and High Speed Internet.
The home is totally private with a six foot wall that protects your oasis. There is a roof top terrace where you can watch the spectacular sunsets while the night's magic takes over the skies.
Next door is one of the finest restaurants in San Pancho called the Mar Plata. A short walk into town gives you many more restaurants and services to make your vacation fun and stress free.
