Perched amidst majestically swaying palm trees, Tailwind Outdoor Co. is a sustainable jungle lodge, retreat center and adventure travel company just north of the charming town of San Pancho. Our bungalows, casitas and palapas are nestled amidst 5 acres of truly stunning jungle ridges descending to white sand beaches. This creative lodge will delight an adventurer's senses with it's tree house/swiss family robinson type feel.
The lodge is an idyllic place for couples looking for a romantic jungle getaway, friends on holidays, and families reuniting. Tailwind is also now available for rent as a retreat center for groups of up to 16 people. The Tailwind lodge also hosts a variety of retreats - adventure, wellness, yoga, birding and more!

Tailwind Outdoor is a young, family business that has been created under the rubric of sustainability. We are a certified sustainable lodge that takes great care to ensure that our operations and activities respect the integrity of the natural environment and of our local community.Natural materials such as bamboo, beach stones, thatched roofs and local woods have been integrated into the designs. Rain water is collected, gray water is recycled and gardens are xeriscaped. Our mission is to connect both visitors and local people to the natural beauty of this wild place.
